16th Colony Indio Poncho
As the beautiful Pacific Northwest transitions into Autumn I always have questions on what to wear. The mornings are cold, the afternoons warm/oddly hot and back to cold in the evenings. (And I'm speaking generally. Currently I am bundled in about a million blankets watching the rain drizzle down my window).
Versatile outerwear is not only practical but a MUST in the PNW. I love being able to grab a coat/sweater/throw on my way out the door and still look put together and not just like I need to keep warm. Because after all, that's what it's all about, right?
In comes 16th Colony. I had the pleasure of meeting the designer and creator of these beautiful ponchos while I was at WWD MAGIC. Renee is a fabulously talented designer with an eye for creating beautiful and comfortable pieces. Her line of ponchos are so beautifully constructed and are perfect to throw on walking out the door. It's an easy outfit maker.
So let's talk about the outfit:
1. I'm obsessed with these cut-out Report Booties. I wear them EVERYWHERE.
2. Quilted leather anything. My favorite.
3. Alex and Ani. Boho BLING. and my best friend works for them so of course I have to represent!
To me, this is the perfect way to transition into Fall. But I'm guessing this is the last time bare legs will be appropriate.
